Fashion-Retro

Here it is. This is "that stuff" I was talking about in my post "In the woods". Again my model was Jaša (thanks, u were amazing ;)). We were shooting outside, it was cloudy and all of these shots were taken with 50mm f1.4. I decided to post some duplicates in sense color/bw because it's hard to decide for just one version. I hope you will enjoy these new photos as much I do. See ya....

Colors of Europe by Maciej Duczynski

Yesterday on 2nd of October, Maciej Duczynski opened his first exhibition outside Poland. He is specialized in landscape photography and in my opinion has one of the most beautiful landscape photos and HDR photos out there.

The exhibition is held in the Museum of Recent History in Celje, Slovenia. Detailed info is on the picture below.

If you want to find out some more about this great photographer you may visit his homepage or his portfolio on deviantART or even on Slo-Foto.

Photos are taken with my Ixus, if anybody is judging the image quality :D

In the woods

I have already posted these photos on other sites like dA, e-foto but not here. They are not my best work, but anyway here they are for you to see :) They were taken a while ago in the woods in Koseze... May I say to stay tuned, because I did another photo shoot with Jaša yesterday and I have some refreshing new stuff that looks promising ;)....

Tunisia 06

Today I was watching some old photos from my trip to Tunisia in 2006 and a few photos draw my attention. I haven't published them before, so I edited them a little and here they are.

Tunisia 08 - Sidi Bou Said

As promised here it is....Tunisia - Sidi Bou Said. If you visit the capital Tunis, you must visit this small city as well. It remembers me of Greece. It has white buildings and blue windows, blue doors, blue everything. Also there is bougenvelia growing everywhere, it is amazing. Sidi Bou Said is about 17km out of Tunis, so you can take a train from center of Tunis, that's the cheapest at around 0,6 TD (1Eur is 1,78 TD). This small city is situated right on the cliff, so the scenery is really great.

...my friend Magui said that this means that the path is closed and dangerous...

Tunisia 08

Here I am back again at home. Well, what's new?...hmm I have been to Tunisia again :)....for the 3rd time allready. I just love those last-minute deals. I saw a great deal on the net on Monday and on Wednesday I was in Tunisia. As I have allready seen much of Tunisia there are not so many photos but I have some from my trip to capital Tunis and a lovely city called Sidi bou Said(some 17km out of Tunis).

Port of Nabeul and below the lighthouse.

Above you can see the Louage station, this is some kind of taxi, that drives you only from city to city and it is very cheap. It is about 3,4 TD (1,9EUR) from Hammamet to Tunis.

Above is the most common "fruit" in Tunisia.

Between those buildings are the narrow streets that leads to the old Medina of Tunis...

...and here they are....very crowded....and you must bargain on every corner....

Man smoking shisha and drinking tea.

A friend from Tunis, she showed us around and took us to Sidi bou Said....

....coming soon...photos from Sidi bou Said...
